Trinity Medispa is opening the doors at our brand-new location!
We have officially moved to 3434 Yonge Street and will be offering partial services beginning on
Monday, June 1 st , 2020.
We have always prioritized the safety of our staff and customers, especially during these
uncertain times. That is why we are enforcing the best practices for social distancing and
sanitization during COVID-19.
Safety recommendations continue to change as the city adjusts to reopening, but you can count
on us to keep up to date with the latest government recommendations. We will share this
information with you on our website and Instagram.
For now, this is what you can expect from us here at Trinity while we adjust partially reopening:

1. All staff will have their temperature checked daily before entering the facility. Any staff
member with an elevated temperature will not be permitted to enter the facility.
2. All staff will wear disposable gloves and masks or plexiglass shields at all time.
3. All staff will wash their hands any time that they remove their gloves, as per government
4. All surfaces will be sanitized consistently throughout the day.

1. All clients will have their temperatures checked before entering the facility. Please
understand that we must refuse access to any client with an elevated temperature.
2. All clients will be required to sanitize their hands using the provided sanitizer gel before
entering the facility.
3. All clients will be required to sign a copy of our COVID-19 Client Protocol Consent Form.
This form will be emailed to each client directly and must be submitted prior to their
scheduled appointment time.
4. All clients must exhibit patience while staff take the time to sanitize publicly accessed
spaces before entering, including the designated waiting area, consultation room,
treatment room, and washroom.
5. All clients are required to wear a mask. Please understand that we must refuse any
client that enters the facility without a mask. Due to supply shortages we are unable to
supply clients with their own mask.
6. A non-refundable deposit will be required to secure your appointment time. This deposit
will go towards your treatment on the day of your appointment.
We encourage everyone to stay safe and continue to practice social distancing; and we look
forward to welcoming you back and growing together as the city continues to open.

We are very glad to greet you again at our new location at 3434 Yonge Street, Toronto. We are well prepared to greet you back into our facility following the protocols from the government to ensure your safety.
